5:30 – 6:30 PM: Gold Sponsors ($3,000 and above) will receive VIP tickets gives you 1 hour early access to the event. Exclusive $50+ bottles of wine may be sampled. Many of these wines may not be available during general admission. This first hour will include butler served hors d’oeuvres. VIP tickets will be limited to 100 people. This will enable you to have more personal conversations with distributers to learn more about what they are pouring.
Other things to know:
- The online auction can be accessed from your phone or computer! Fun packages will be added between now and the event date. The auction will end at 8:30 PM on May 9th.
- People can bid, even if they do not attend the event.
- Patrons at the event must be age 21+ years old.
- Photo ID’s will be checked per State of MN law.
- Proceeds will support Bear Creek Services; a nonprofit organization that provides support services for 100+ people who have developmental disabilities or brain injuries.
