Group Homes
Providing the right mix of independence, security and support for individuals to thrive and reach their full potential.
Our group home program features:
Home Life: Our direct care staff provide the vital, everyday support individuals need to eat well, stay active, and reach their full potential in therapy—all from the comfort of home.
Employment & Daytime Activities: Empowering individuals to work and connect with their community is at the heart of what we do. By partnering with leading organizations like ABC, PossAbilities, and Opportunity Services, we create pathways to meaningful employment. Plus, we handle the logistics—offering transportation assistance to ensure getting to and from work is never a barrier.
Recreational Opportunities: Staff design personalized recreational activities around each person’s unique interests, from active outings like bowling, dancing, fishing, and camping to park visits and casual downtime.
In-Home Support: We provide reliable daytime staffing whenever a resident is home, adjusting for scheduled independent time based on individual program goals. Our direct support professionals are trained to provide seamless daily assistance while honoring each resident’s autonomy, adulthood, and dignity.
Health Services: We have a part-time registered nurse who oversees medical care and supports a proactive approach to health and wellness. Staff are available on call 24 hours a day to answer questions and respond promptly to any health-related needs.
Contact with Parents & Guardians: Parents and guardians are involved as much as possible while planning services. We recognize that individuals and their families have the deepest understanding of the supports that are most effective for their needs.
Community Education Classes: Residents are encouraged to participate in community education classes or workshops that support greater independence. These opportunities may include learning skills such as cooking, housekeeping, and other essential daily living activities.
