About Us: Founded in 1976 by parents of children with developmental disabilities, we opened our first group home in May of that year. Today, we operate 12 group homes and support over 50 individuals in our Independent Living Services program. Our mission is to support people with disabilities to live empowered lives.
Job Description: As a Program Manager, you will enrich the lives of adults with disabilities within our community. You will help individuals find and connect to interests, people, places, and hobbies. Every day in this position is different, ensuring it’s never boring!
Responsibilities:
- Ensure State licensing compliance
- Develop and monitor program plans
- Provide direct care to individuals with disabilities
- Supervise a team of Direct Support Professionals
Requirements:
- Four years of full-time work or education related to the human services field
- Supervisory experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate

Pay: $24.00 – $24.75 per hour
