Who We Are:

Bear Creek Services was started by concerned parents of children with developmental disabilities. At that time, there were no options or services for their adult children.

In May of 1976, our first group home opened to six young adults. That home, our 6th street house, is still with us today!

Bear Creek Services has expanded and now provides care for over 50 adults with developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injury. We are located in twelve group homes through out the Rochester, Minnesota area.

Support for our residents is much more than just affordable housing. We provide assistance with jobs, transportation, provide medical care and offer recreational activities for them as well.
